on her fifth, and last, day she left with a child and a name, his name.
five years later, completely by chance and whim, she returned for france with the goal of trying to find the father of her five year old child. she spent weeks looking and found him working as a bartender in the bar they met. they spent a month getting to know each other and their daughter, and then they were married on a whim.
raerin's mother stayed in france with her new husband and child, learning the language. the family lived well as raerin's grandparents were extremely wealthy and her mother was next in line for the company. raerin's mothers constantly in-and-out of france, but she always came back.
fast forward several years until raerin was fifteen. she was bored in france with nothing to do and a bunch of money in her bank account. she opened up a map, closed her eyes and chose a place. england was the first place, she decided she visited there too often for it to be exciting. she closed her eyes and chose a place again. america, she was raised there for a little bit and she wasn't going back. third times a charm though, so she closed her eyes and chose a place.
raerin picked japan. she thought the thought of attending school there would be fun. so she spent a year learning the language and left just after her sixteenth birthday. since then, she's been in japan continuing with her schooling, but she's also been working in a little cafe tucked into a corner hardly anyone knows.
raerin spends her time painting, and doing photography. she's an arts major and the local college actually, she dreams of becoming a famous artist and is working to perfect her skills. she's dreamed of this since she was little, and she still does even if her parents say she'll never achieve it.
